Waiting

A little about this painting

Waiting is an Acrylic 36″ x 24″ Nautical scene from the stormy banks of Portland Maine. Three Schooners await the passing of the storm before launching into a day of casting for and catching the bounty that many have seen their family bring home for many generations. The title was achieved through a Social Media request for the best title. This painting was a deep foray into working primarily with my palette knives and less brushwork.
